We are transforming young people’s lives by developing personalised plans, challenging assumptions and supporting organisations to be more inclusive. However, the work we do is challenging:
- When we write to a prospective employer and disclose that the applicant has autism, the employer is TEN TIMES less likely to respond to the communication.
- We are oversubscribed with young people looking to connect better with the world around them.
- We want to place more young people in schools.
- We want to continue to improve employment prospects for the young people we work with.
So there is much more to be done. Get involved and help our cause!
